A 4–6 week online programme in reproductive health — designed for Muslim women, led by a specialist Obstetrician-Gynaecologist.
Most of us were never taught this — not properly.
Not in a way that honoured our faith. Not in language that felt safe to ask questions in. Not by someone who understood what it means to navigate reproductive health as a Muslim woman.
This programme is that space.
Each week, in a small, private group, you will learn accurate, evidence-based information about your reproductive system — how it works, what to look out for, and how to make informed decisions aligned with your values and your deen.
No clinical detachment. No cultural awkwardness. Just clear, honest knowledge — the kind every woman deserves to have.
What You Will Learn
Over 4–6 weekly live online sessions, you will cover:
- Anatomy — How is it all built?
- Physiology — How does it all work?
- Common reproductive health issues — What is normal? What isn’t? And when should you be concerned?
- Knowing your own normal — Because understanding your body starts with knowing what is normal for you.
- Seeking help and self-advocacy — When should you seek help? What can you expect when you do? And how can you advocate for yourself in reproductive healthcare settings?
Every session is live, interactive, and small by design — so you can ask the questions you have never had space to ask.
Who This Is For
This programme is primarily for Muslim women aged 18–25 who feel underprepared when it comes to their reproductive health, want accurate information rooted in their cultural and religious context, and have questions they have never felt comfortable asking.
We will also reserve a small number of places for older women — including mothers, teachers, and carers — who want to better support the young women in their lives.
This cohort is limited to 10–12 participants to keep the space intimate and safe.
